Our Organisation

Curtin Care is a not-for profit, registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and has Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) status, which means its main purpose is the providing of aged care related services to its local community on a not for profit, benevolent basis.

Curtin Care owns and is the approved aged care provider for Riversea Mosman Park and Wearne Cottesloe and owner of Riversea Village independent living units. It is has been providing aged care at for over 30 years within the local community of Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove, Mosman Park and Claremont. 

Our Vision

Curtin Care understands that the local need for aged care is greater than ever and the demand will continue to grow as the population of Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Claremont and Peppermint Grove ages in the years ahead.
Curtin Care’s overall vision is to provide the very best care to local residents in a variety of living environments that will appeal to the local community, both now and in the future.


Our goal has always been simple – to ensure our local older citizens are looked after in the later years of their lives, in the area in which they grew up.

Our Values

Although not-for-profit, Curtin Care enjoys financial stability and is well positioned to provide quality care services that are based on high levels of staffing and extra services in the long term.

Our Future 

There is growing demand for more aged care related services for residents in Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove, Mosman Park and Claremont due to an ageing population in these communities.

Curtin Care is looking to the future of aged care and how best to provide a wider range of services, to more people, in our local aged community and is looking ahead to deliver a strong future that embraces all the values held close over the past 35 years.
